Meridian Walk at Princeton is a Toll Brothers community in West Windsor, opened in November 2023. The "Princeton" in the name is a marketing choice. The community is physically in West Windsor Township, with WW-P school district and West Windsor property taxes.

A community shuttle to Princeton Junction station provides commuter access without needing to park at the station.

Recent BrightMLS closes have ranged roughly $696K to $871K, with a median around $790K. Toll Brothers' new homes here are priced from the upper $600,000s depending on plan and upgrades. Meridian Walk competes with older single-family homes in the township at a similar price point. The trade-off is townhome format (shared walls and HOA) but for buyers who prioritize brand-new construction and modern amenities over lot size, it delivers strong value with WW-P school access.
