What Makes It Special

Why buyers choose
Windmere Grove

Windmere Grove is one of the newer detached-home pockets inside Plainsboro Township, built by Centex Homes about 20 years ago. The street plan is short and contained: Wyndhurst Drive runs through the subdivision, and the homes spur off onto six cul-de-sac style courts named after trees, which keeps through-traffic out of the interior and gives the neighborhood a quieter feel than the larger surrounding development.

The product is 4 to 5 bedroom detached colonials, generally somewhere between 2,700 and 4,500+ sq ft, on lots that run roughly a half acre to a full acre. That is on the larger side for Plainsboro, where a lot of comparable inventory sits on quarter-acre or smaller parcels. The mid-2000s build year matters too: roofs, mechanicals, and kitchens are now around two decades old, but the floor plans and overall architectural style are recognizably modern, which keeps the renovation lift smaller than older Plainsboro stock.

Inventory turns over slowly. Only three homes have closed inside the community in BrightMLS records over the last 12 months, all on Mahogany Court and Cottonwood Court, in the $1.10M to $1.465M range. The table below updates as new sales hit the MLS.
